Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Golden Amazonia. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item that is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
